Typical Best buy selection, although almost always out of stuff the Sterling store has, and pretty much never has any of the specials in stock.
I have brought a Samsung HW M450 Sound bar with wireless sub woofer via online at best buy , but never opened and verified the product since i am out for vacation. When i came back after one month I opened the package and found that sub woofer and sound bar are packed from two different models. I have explained everything to the store manager and customer service , after verifying the product they agreed and helped in getting store credit. I am writing this review because best buy and their staff given value to a customer and helped me even after return policy is completed. Thanks one more time best buy.
Love this Best Buy. They truly believe in customer service. I was able to exchange my broken microwave even though I was past the 15 day policy. Every person I dealt with was really nice, and it was done in about 15 minutes. I expected to spend my whole day haggling for a little bit of credit, and they helped me out with everything. I will definitely be shopping for the rest of my kitchen appliances here.
I've always had a positive shopping experience at this store. Their staff have been helpful and being able to place an online order for pickup at the store is very convenient. Parking is free (unlike RTC next door)!
