I just warned the woman at the cash register that there is a large patch of ice in front of one of the pumps, and that I almost fell. She looked at me as if I had told her the sky is blue - no reaction at all. I explained further that it was dangerous, and someone should put salt or sand on it. She THEN told me that she couldn't do anything about it because she was the only one there....SERIOUSLY?! Absolutely useless, unhelpful, and CLEARLY do not care about the safety of their customers.

I can't give 0 stars. As Sholes wouldn't authorize my pump even though I had already swiped my card, went back in twice and some guy who claimed he was the owner got in my face, cursed at me and threw me out of the store. All I had done was try to purchase gas from them. Never ever again. Nor will anyone I know. Also reporting to the better business Bureau. Horrible customer service.
